Absolutely love this smoothie protein powder! There is so many lactation products out there that just don’t work, but the heymamas products actually make a noticeable difference. This product is great in supporting milk supply. I always struggle with expressing milk, but when I use the lactation protein smoothie I definitely notice that I'm getting more milk out. I struggled with breastfeeding first time around so this time I got straight onto this lactation powder and it works! I have it with water mid-morning and it carries me through the afternoon. Very impressed with this protein powder! It tastes amazing and I’ve noticed a huge difference! Helped me feed my twins!
I’ve tried other lactation products with minimal results. These shakes have given me the most obvious boost. I went from pumping 120ml per session to 260-280ml per session. I now have enough milk to exclusively breastfeed both my girls AND start to build a stash!
