Oats are a good source of nutrients such as magnesium, zinc and iron which may help nursing mums produce more milk
Coconut milk is a good source of healthy fats and nutrients such as lauric and capric acid which may help with producing rich breastmilk
Dairy free choc chips (cacao powder, cacao butter, coconut sugar), wheat free rolled oat flour, almond meal, gluten free flour mix (maize, rice flour, tapioca, rice bran, guar gum), coconut sugar, pea protein, gluten free brewer's yeast, flaxseed meal, coconut milk powder, stevia/erythritol blend, baking powder, baking soda, natural chocolate flavour, himalayan pink salt, vanilla bean powder, guar gum.
Note: Mix contains almond meal and is manufactured in a facility that handles tree nuts, sesame and soy.
HOW TO USE
Super easy! Just add milk, bake and ready in 12mins!
Method: Add 1/3 cup of milk with baking mix. Divide dough into 10-12 cookies. Bake at 160C for 12-15 mins. Leave to cool for 5-10mins. Keep in a sealed container in the fridge & consume within 3-5 days.

Can i take the cookies while pregnant?
Although some of our mums have taken our cookies a few days from giving birth to nourish their body, we recommend that pregnant mums seek professional advice from their GP first to be safe as every mum's dietary and health needs are different.
When will i start seeing results?
Just like with everything in life, it varies as every mama is different. But we have had some mamas see results within 24hrs after taking 1-2 serves and some 3-4 days. We recommend that mamas try the product continuously for 3-4 days. If it does not work for you, that's ok we will refund* you!

Why is protein intake important whilst breastfeeding?
Protein needs are nearly 30% greater while breastfeeding than non lactating women. This is because mums burn up to 500 calories from breastfeeding.
