Wheat free rolled oat flour, almond meal, gluten free flour mix (maize, rice flour, tapioca, rice bran, guar gum), coconut nectar sugar, pea protein, gluten free brewer's yeast, stevia/erythritol blend, flaxseed meal, coconut milk powder, natural vanilla flavour, baking powder, baking soda, guar gum, himalayan pink salt, vanilla bean powder.
Note: Mix contains almond meal and is manufactured in a facility that handles tree nuts, sesame and soy.
HOW TO USE
Super easy! Just ready in 12mins!
Method: Add 250ml cup of milk to the dry mix and mix with spatula. Spray or add oil to a non stick pan and spoon a small mixture to the pan. Cook the pancakes for 30-60 seconds per side. Stack and top with fresh fruits and maple syrup.

Can i take the pancakes while pregnant?
Although some of our mums have taken our pancakes a few days from giving birth to nourish their body, we recommend that pregnant mums seek professional advice from their GP first to be safe as every mum's dietary and health needs are different.
When will i start seeing results?
Just like with everything in life, it varies as every mama is different. But we have had some mamas see results within 24hrs after taking 1-2 serves and some 3-4 days. We recommend that mamas try the product continuously for 3-4 days. If it does not work for you, that's ok we will refund* you!

Why is protein intake important whilst breastfeeding?
Protein needs are nearly 30% greater while breastfeeding than non lactating women. This is because mums burn up to 500 calories from breastfeeding.
