Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
- Almond milk
- Frozen berries
- Dark chocolate
- 1 serve Hey Mama Double Chocolate Lactation Protein Smoothie
Method:
Honestly this one is simple enough my hubs could probably make it!
Simply combine 2 tblsp of coconut yoghurt and a serve of lactation smoothie powder.
Gradually add almond milk or cold water till you achieve your desired “pudding” consistency.
Top with frozen berries & dark chocolate.
Tada! You’re done, eat up girl! 😋
