We’re happy to offer a refund of the price of a single item per customer i.e. one sample pack OR Lactation Smoothie 300g/750g OR Lactation Hot Chocolate 250g OR Hydrate Up 250g OR Nipple Balm 50g OR Belly Butter 50g OR Cleaning Brush OR Reusable Milk Bag OR (less the delivery fee) subject to the following conditions:

  • For consumables like smoothie, hot chocolate or hydrate up or sample pack  - the offer is only valid for your first order from this website;
  • you must request the refund by email to hey@heymamas.com.au 4 days of receiving your order;

Please note: We cannot issue credits or refunds unless you have first spoken to a Hey Mama representative and have requested your refund.

    Returns Terms & Conditions

    • Items returned after 14 days may not qualify for a refund.
    • You can return your order for a refund, exchange or store credit.
    • The customer is responsible for the cost of an item's return, unless there was an error on our behalf. The customer has to arrange for the product to be shipped back to our office address. 
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
    • A Hey Mama customer service representative must be contacted to request your refund within the 14 day period before returning goods. 

    Damaged Or Faulty Items

    If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to hey@heymamas.com.au. Please include your order number and name and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
