SHIPPING COST:
AUSTRALIA
Standard Shipping is flat a $12 for Australian orders under $100. Free for orders over $100.
Express Shipping is $16 for Australian orders.
NEW ZEALAND
Standard Shipping is flat a $20 for orders under $120. Free for orders over $120.
Express Shipping is $30 for Australian orders.
SHIPPING GUIDELINE ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 17th DEC - 7 JAN 2023
Please allow an extra 3-5 business days as the following days are public holidays and Australia Post will not be operating during these dates.
25-27th December 2022 - Hey Mama will send out orders on the 28th and 31st December.
1-3rd January 2023- Hey Mama will send out orders on the 4th January.
We are currently experiencing significant delayed shipments from Australia Post for standard parcels. What used to take 2-4 business days to ship will take an additional 5-10 days longer to deliver. Australia Post has stated that they have large amount of back log of orders and that they recommend if your delivery is urgent, please use express post. Express Post Parcels are given first priority.
To shorten the shipping delays as much as possible, our team is logging in every evening after business hours to arrange shipments for the next day as couriers now require pickup to be booked the day before. We usually have the order sent out within 24 hours, 48hrs on the rare occasion. Please allow up to 24-48hrs for the tracking number to be activated.
Please note that we can not be held responsible for items that have: 1) Already been delivered to the post office and picked up by Australia Post 2) have been delivered or have been left unattended by Australia Post 3) ’Authority to leave’ or similar.
Once an item states "Picked Up by Australia Post Courier" OR ‘Delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with Australia Post directly as we have limited information at this point.
If you have issues with parcels that have been stolen on your property even when left in a location deemed to be ‘Safe’ by a courier we recommend getting the parcel delivered to an alternate or work address where you know someone will be home.
We are not to be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost by Australia Post due to neglect or damage by their postal handling.
We can not be responsible if an item is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect entry from customer. This must be taken up with Australia post, as it is unfortunately out of our hands.
If an order is not picked up from the post office or sent to an incorrect address and it is returned to us (the sender) the customer will be charged the shipping cost to re-send it to the customer. If the customer requests a refund at this stage the refund will be offered minus the shipping fee charged to Hey mama and also any return to sending fees incurred, this is inclusive even if the customer received free shipping at the checkout.
